I purchased an Water heater of Cromton Greaves model no.310 on 08/11/2007 receipt no 2243. The problem is that its not working from the date of instalation. I allready registered my complain at Ghaziabad service center on 12th Nov. complain no 248 and 250. In this regard also talked with Mr. Vinod, he said I am sending service engineer but still there is not any person came. as I residing the following address: D-1, Srijan Vihar, Nyaykhand-II, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad-201010. yours, sanjay sharma.
