[Resolved]  Crompton Greaves Submersible Pump — not working,insufficient flow

crompton pump — malfunctioning and company not helping at all

purchased cromton greaves pump on 10/07/09 from obrei sales delhi, invoice no.6541 book n.122
and this is not working as per promised even complained at their call center 27/7/09 nothing improved

I bought a 3hp pump with starter in Chandigarh from M/s. Rattan on starting we can to know volt meter is not working. when we complained then they informed nothing can be done now.they will inform the company and if they replace only then it can be repaired. which will take 7 to 10days. This is a story with a sealed packed machines. It clearly shows that the assembler of this product is simply putting stickers of OK Checked and the company does not have any testing facility for each product. In our area people generally use BS or LUBI pumps due to there reliability

My name is vikram singh.Sir, i have purchased the summersibile pump from "Modi sales, lunia kothi, g.s.road, bikaner on 12/08/10.We start the motor at my agriculture land but no activity in motor.I have call on your customer care toll free number they give me the complaint number[protected] on 27/08/10 and told me that our mechanic came and check the summersible pump.Sir, today is 31/08/10 four days later there is no responce from your side.Is, this is your service you providing to your customer's.Sir, i am too much disturbed becouse after spending approx 28000/-.The result is nothing.Summersibile type is 6W6D6T 1PH (pump no-JFWS04830).Crompten greeves is a big brand in all over world but service is very poor.Sir, tell me one thing if you do not provide better service to your customer's, how can they trust on your brand.I am not satisified from your service.In future, i will not buy any type of product from crompten greeves.Sir, i am still waiting for your responce as soon as and solve the problem.If you not solve the problem i want my money back.Please, look at the below line.Are you seriousely focus on your customer's.

We are purchase date on17th Nov-11. this already repairs on water seal problem. this time motor coil open circuit problem.so please replace the motor. this motor more than problem on inlet flange thread warm out . motor purchase invoice no-732. dealer name vijay electrical, hosur
