[Resolved]  CSEB — Irregularity after recharge

Sir,

We are regular Reliance Smart mobile users. We would like to tell about the poor performance of your network/system. We all have recharged our Smart connection recently and faced the following problem-

Immediately after recharge we were able to make calls( Outgoing) , but the incoming calls to our number was not responding.( This we came to know later when persons contacting us take the use of other resources to contact us). On dialing our number from any other source, it replies, “The incoming facility to this number is not available”.

At the time we realized the problem we registered complaint through Customer Care Centre. Your Customer Care Centre Executive assured us to solve the problem within 24 Hrs of time. But it even took more than 24 Hrs time ( after registering complaint) to solve the problem. In context to this I would specifically want to inform you that only after repeated request to your Customer Care Centre Executive, it got rectified. It indicates very clearly that if we would not have followed-up our problem to your Customer Care Centre Executive , it might have taken a much longer time to resolve our problem, which is highly .
