I have recharged last 20th may with Rs.222. I am using net 20 plan. My complain is that during 4days deducted Rs.82 extra.May I ask why deducted .

I have recharged my idea card on 2nd May, 2009 with Rs.100 online through citibank account . I haven't made any call after that as i was not using it after that for almost more than 1 month. My complain is that during days deducted Rs.100 and my current balance is 0.81 INR.May I ask why deducted .

i got a idea sim free with the phone which i bought last month...the sim had the scheme which allowed me to call all STD at 50 paise and local at 40 paise...three days bck the scheme changed suddenly..i called up ur executive ... i was told tht i had changed the scheme.with 1 paise recharge..which i hadnt...yesterday i again recharged my cell with Rs 47 /- recharge...the scheme remained fo one day..but it has again reverted back to 1 rs STD per minute...This is the second time it has happened ..i would like to know why this kind of mistake is reoccuring from your side.

by default activated masti pak in my number for this company charged Rs 10/7 days. I am not interested on this plan. so i will disconnect of this service.
How i will disconnect it kindly help me soon...

Nw i am not going to tell anyone to take idea connection after getting so bad response from IDEA.
Actually What is an idea?I Dam connection and poor service.Abhishek please protect your reputation by stop making ads with idea to increase it's publicity.

I have recharged my IDEA card on 9/02/2010 against the scheme 1 paise recharge & recharged my a/c for 50/- Rs. Full talktime & which was having no tax no rent. But unfortunately my all money is deducted without any call is made by me. If I made even Rs.10/- recharge the whole money is deducted. I don't get the solution for that. Please help other wise I am disconnecting the phone with Idea. My question is why these money is deducted.

am messaing from hyderabad ur idea netsetter speed is too slow.And also disconnected most of time automatically pls give to the better speed u told us network speed range upto 243kbps but it gives only 40kbps it's worst speed of the world so pls give to the better speed us otherwise we r disconnected to our services.
