THEN HE ADVICED ME TO TAKE THE SET TO NOKIA CARE.THERE THEY DID SERVICING AND THE NEXT DAY THEY RETURED THE SET SAYING IT WAS OK. I AM A STUDENT STUDYING IN KOTA RAJASTHAN SO I TOOK MY SET AND WAS BACK TO KOTA BUT TO MY UTTER DISAPPOINTMENT I FOUND THAT THE FAULT WAS STILL THERE SO IN MY NEXT HOLIDAY I AGAIN WAS BACK TO MY HOME TOWN AND GAVE THE SET FOR REPAIR AT NOKIA CARE AND THEY PROMISED ME TO RETURN THE SET WITHIN 15 DAYS AS THEY SENT THE SET TO KOLKATTA.I GAVE THE SET ON 18TH DEC 08 BUT TILL TODAY THEY ARE NOT IN A POSITION TO RETURN MY SET. once i performed many functions at a time such as transferring data through bluetooth, it was connected to tv and it was on charge.suddenly it hanged. and from that time when i open a video it hangs and it vigourously starts updating.when i go to restore factory settings it require password and i type 12345 as it is the required code mobile shows the code is error. i think the security settings has been corrupted.
