Delhi Development Authority — Non-refund of Application money of DDA Housing Scheme 2008

I submitted Application # 0700531 to DDA Housing Scheme 2008 through DD no. 003608 dt. 10/9/2008. However, no refund is received till date.

sir, ihad applied for dda housing scheme 2008 so far i have not received my refnd . my application no is 9309640

I had submitted my Application Form No. 0358015 for DDA Housing Scheme 2008 at ICICI Bank, Sect-14, Gurgaon alongwith DD for 1.5 Lakhs on 15.09.2008. Though my name is not in the list of successful candidates, till date I have not recieved any refund. I have tried several times to communicate with the bank on the telephone no. given in the form, but no body has ever picked the phone even. Apart from loosing interest on the amount, it has become an issue of mental peace also, as I dont know whom to approach in this case now.

I submitted my application # 9343951 at ICICI sec-14, Gurgaon branch. But I didn't get any refund as of now and no one is picking phone i.e.[protected] at ICICI nodel branch. Please tell me what to do get my money back.

I deposited application form # 0229863 for DDA Housing Scheme - 2008 through Icici Bank in branch of Vasant Square mall, Vasant Kunj, new delhi. However, I did not receive the refund till date

I had submitted my Application Form No. 0604897 for DDA Housing Scheme 2008 at SBI Bank, INA Branch, Vikas Sadan, New Delhi along with DD of 1.5 Lakhs on 21.08.2008. Though my application number is not in the list of successful candidates, till date I have not recieved any refund. I have met and communicated with the Bank Manager several times, who is not giving any responsible answer. The Bank manager is just saying to everyone that the cheques have been sent through Speed post on the 31st December 2008, and must be reaching us in few days.However, I haven't yet received the refund. Is that possible that the bank can cancel the Banker's Cheque sent by them and issue a new cheque to us, by hand. Please advice on how to approach in this case now.

Delhi Development Authority — Harrasment by DDA -Refund of Registration Deposit against 6 self financing scheme 1985

My husband Sh. S.K.Goyal had applied for refund of Rs. 10000 alond with accrued interest against the deposit for sixth self financing scheme 1985. Till date e have not recd. the same despite repeated visits and communications. My Husband had expired in september 2005 and i am finding it very difficult to followt his issue . DDA is not refunding the amount. I seek help to solve thsi issue.

Delhi Development Authority — Allotment refund not received

I had applied in the recently tainted housing scheme from DDA vide form no. 9308317.
Till date I have not received my refund nor can I find who to persue for the same.

I deposited Rs. 1, 50, 000/- on 15.9.08 against form No. 0876882 along with Application Form for DDA Housing Scheme - 2008, however, till date I have not received back the refund of earnest money despite lapse of considerable time from the date of draw.

Delhi Development Authority — seepage coming from top floor

i arpita like 2 say that former complaint of this subject is not against Delhi Development Authority but again resident of 32 D.our top floor.we want DDA's help for our complaint so that our problem is solved.i expect good action 2 b taken by DDA.please guide me to get rid of the seepage problem

i am resident of DDA FLAT vide no. 39-C G & JU Aggarsen Aptt, Pitam Pura Delhi 110 088, seepage is coming through the top flat as the same is still have not alloted vide no.39-D, we have requeting your NZ V and the result is still not satisfactory, please do the needful immediately, and oblige

Delhi Development Authority — EXcess amount charged in the allotment letter

DDA was suuposed to issue the allotment letter in June 2006 in my name but they had issued to a wrong namee which I came to know only on May 2007, but that time they had cancelled the falt. Then I have submitted a complaint with them to reinstate the flat in my name but they had taken 3-4 years which was done in June 2010 and they had imposed a fine of Rs.4,50,000/- for fault of mine. I have taken up the matter with the Principle commissioner (Flats) Mr. Deepak Trivedi and Mr. Sanjeeve Kumar Jain, Director, LIG and they are trying to hide their mistake done in 2006 and unneceeary harrassing me. I am a poor women and I don't even a money to file this case so I am uploading this with the help of my friend. If some has come forward and help to solve this problem.

The nodal banks are taking their sweet time under the pretext of huge number of refunds enjoying the interest.
It is important that the banks should be booked under consumer court and RTI.My refund from City Union Bank Nehru Place is also yet to come.

i just want to tell u that dda shop owners are doing misuse of their shop . they r opening the shop gates in streets of residential areas due to this citzens r facing a lot of jam problems. It is the market of B-1 BLOCK . NAND NAGRI DELHI -110093. I HOPE U WILL DO THE NEEDFUL. TO REMOVE THE RUSH.
