Sri Jai Veer Singh Rathi of your Office and the meter Reader was humbly spoken to about the sudden spurt in bill. He explained that the meter has jumped abnormally ( surprisingly he had the reading card in hand and the ABNORMAL READING JUMP NOTED FROM THE METER WAS NOT NOTICED) and SUGGESTED ME TO GET THE METER CHANGED AND DID OFFER HIS HELP TO GET IT DONE . his offer was accepted and i wrote an application on lines as suggested and subsequently the meter got changed. He even got my meter’s certification done from his known contractor on payment.the help was obviously appreciated without any grudges.
On my quarry when this billing abnormality will be solved and the excess amount being deposited will be adjusted, he informed that average consumption will be taken in to consideration and accordingly the amount will be adjusted.
INCONSISTENCIES AND ABNORMALITIES IN READINGS, showing SUDDEN INCREASE IN CONSUMPTION AND OTHER POINTS CAN BE NOTICED BY YOUR AUTHORITY YOUR SELF.
AND YOU ARE ALSO AWARE THAT WHAT IS THE POSITION OF WATER SUPPLY.
WE ARE STILL BUYING WATER FROM DELHI JAL BOARD TANKERS AS WELL AS PRIVATE TANKERS ALMOST EVERY SECOND DAY AT ABNORMAL COSTS.
I also wish to draw your attention towards the increased consumption of 100KL or plus is not correct at all.
Mr Rathi has since not been able to help me inspite of the fact that i have spoken to him seeking help and respite but probably his duties, responsibilities and business has not allowed him to come to my rescue.
Meanwhile it will be very interesting for you to study and refer to patterns of billing patterns of adjoining flats whose tanks are overflowing most of the time. And the billing they are incurring.
I will earnestly request you to please an appropriate decision after this plea.

With due regards
Sincerely yours

Ajay singh

Hello Sir,
This is Anubhav Dabas, residing at "Gurpreet Nagar Uttam Nagar(West)". I want you to know about water problem which is facing by us since last 10 days. Firstly there was very bad foul smell of severage in MCD water and now there is no supply of water. Not only my family but whole colony is facing this same problem and there is no way to complaint about this serious thing so, i found your mail ID through "Delhi Jal Baord" site to let you aware about this water problem. So, please take an urgent step to get this problem solved.
I must say that the employee of jal board did't work properly. Whenever we go to our area "pradhan", he doesnot take it seriously and does't have any sense how to talk. So where should the common people go to complaint about the area's water problem.
So i hope you will take any immediate step against this problem as soon as possilbe.
Thanks
Anubhav Dabas

Subject: Regarding laying of water pipelines/water connection etc. in Keshav Nagar,
(952) (Mukti Ashram), Burari Road, Delhi-110036
Sir
I, the undersigned, on behalf of the residents of Keshav Nagar encroach upon your valuable time to bring in your kind notice the untold sufferings and great difficulties being experienced by thousands residents of this colony on account of inordinate delay in laying the water pipelines in this colony.
In this connection I may refer to Chief Executive Officer, Delhi Jal Board letter NO. CMO/PGL(E)/2006/87483 dated 14.12.2006 (P.S. copy enclosed).
The Colony is housing more than 2500 houses and a sum of Rs, 2, 25, 000/- has already been deposited in[protected] with Delhi Jal Board and at that time it was assured that the work will be executed within six month, but without any result till date.
It is stated that main water pipeline has long been laid up to the main entrance of Keshav Nagar (Mukti Ashram Main Road) Delhi.
Inspite of the fact that Delhi Govt. has sanctioned the funds for execution of various works in such colonies and the area MLA is making much efforts to get the work of laying pipelines inside the colony done with the concerned department (DJB’s) apathy is very disappointing for the residents and RWA. It may be mentioned here that the work of laying pipelines in other such colonies has already been commenced but why Keshav Nagar is being ignored which is one of the oldest colonies.
I therefore, request to your good office kindly look into the matter on priority basis and give the necessary instruction to Govt. of Delhi. and Delhi Jal Board, that the laying of water pipelines in the colony may kindly be given priority basis and the work be executed on war-footing basis which would be a great relief to the residents who have long been facing water crisis in the Capital of India.

Yours sincerely
