On Dot Couriers — Delivery late

I am working in research based company, we ordered one pharmaceutical working standard from surat and that was sent through on dot courier and it was reached to hyderabd on 10 Aug 2009, our company addressed at Dulapally near Kompally, still today (18 Aug 2009) i didnt received the material and even thay are not lifting the phones.
I request to cosumer complaints forum to take action on them that, they should not book the consignment where they dont dont have dispatch centers, hence we can book other services who dispatch to our comapny. because of them i lost one week of time and my research work was stopped.
