Dear Concern, This is to bring in your notice that i have worked with destimoney for over a periad of one year.i have given resignation in the month of september,after giving resination till now i have not receive my PROVIDENT FUND amountMy PF A/C no is (MH/48268/1503) i have submitted my pf withdrawal request form along with my resignation to the Hr but inspite of several follow up with the Hr till know i have not receive my pf amount.Request you to look into this matter & do the needfull. destimoney securities pvt ltd — PF amount still not received
Sir my PF account no is mh/48268/1209 , resigned from the company in the month of april "2010 and applied for PF in the month of nov 2010 but still i have not received my PF amount or still not credited to my account , so kindly request you to arrange my pf amount as soon as possible .
