Sub-Cheque bounce twice due to insufficient fund.

Respected Sir/Mam,
This is to bring your kind attention towards my cheque no-645370 of amount Rs 16828 of dated 19March-10 (SBI),is not clear due to insufficient fund in EPFO Account.I have deposited bounced cheque again,but same problem.I am indignation with problem facing to get my cash from EPFO,Please help................,
