I had a similar incident. when I tried to talk to diningplus about the fradulent transaction they had with me, they never agreed and told me to adopt any legal measure that suits me.
I contacted HDFC as their card was charged. I was overwhelmed by the nature of their response. they took up the case and within the stipulated time ( 3 months) i have received a letter from HDFC that the matter is resolved and as the member bank could not produce any document for authorization of transaction, the case is in my favour and i need not pay Rs. 5499 as it was charged by dining plus.
Talk to HDFC bank.
They are having details of your card, in your best interest i think you should block this card and apply for a new one to save yourself from a greater risk in the future.

I didn't share any information with this guys and told that i am not interested in this discount card. I don't know how they are doing this fraud. I just want to know .. you shared your card information or not??
