Dear Sir, This is for your kind concideration & favourable action that I Sanjay Singh am an active defence personnel. I took admission in your institute as student of PGDBA(HRD) July 2003 batch ( CETEGORY " ARMED FORCES ") & my Reg.No. is[protected].Now I have already completed my diploma in July 2007. But The Certificate awarded to me has following irregulerities :- (1) Name printed on certificate is L/S SANJAY SINGH whereas it should be SANJAY SINGH (only) according to application form I filled up for admission. (2) Specialisation subject awarded to me is MARKETING MANAGEMENT, But I applied for PGDBA( HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT) according to my application form for admission. (3) Please refer my Application form for Admission, No.35875 of Year July,2003 and issue guidelines for necessary action at your end. I will be very grateful to you for your kind consideration.
