[Resolved]  Dish TV — Want to change Package

Hi,
Its not complaint, but due to unavalability of Procedure for change in Package, I have to write like
this.
My name is Krishan Pratap Singh and my Smart Card Number is[protected] . And I had
Recharged my accout through coupouns with amount worth 220 rupees on 4rh march 2009.
Now I want ( Starter 2 Package + hindi movie plus ) Package . so, Please give me above mentioned

Please change max super package monthly recharge of Rs 275/- and today we have recharge of Rs.600/- previous due date 19.02.15 after recharge due date 10.04.2015, How it possible, Also not that how to change my package previously of montly recharge of Rs.210.00. Dish TV — channels not working from platinum package

i have recharged with the platinum package for my VC no.[protected] today ,amount payable 350/ per month .the recharge is successful but most of the important chanels like sony, tlc, discovery,pix,wb etc.
are not displaying.kindly enlighten as to what the problem is and fix it asap.

Dish TV — unable to recharge - due to change dealers

Due to change of the systems and due to lack of dealers i wasnot able to recharge my account. Though i had recharged on the last day, the amount recharged was not credited to my account space and dish has been blocked.
Very annoying about dish services...
