FREE CHANNELS DENIED

sir,
iam using the DISH TV for the past two years,
but now they denied now for free channel, if you pay for
paid channels,then only we get free channels, there is]
no responce from thier customer care, DISH TV is the
worst satellite tv in india dont think to buy dish tv in india...
