[Resolved]  Dish TV — Registred my mobile number not to me

Sir, my name is pradeep sharma. I have purchases a dish tv connection. My vc no .Is[protected] and my mobile no is [protected]. I recharge my account on dated 06/03/2010 for the period of 02 months. But dish tv company has register my mobile no. To another person who is same name i.E. Pradeep sharma and its vc no. Is[protected]. So my recharcge payment is credit to this person.
Sir i requested to please look into the matter and refund my money into my account i.E. Vc no.[protected] and take necessary action to dish tv company. And also intimate to my e-mail address i.E. [protected]@yahoo.Co.In

I am not getting SONY, SAB, SET MAX, SET MAX 2, AND MANY MORE NEWS CHANNELS since 3 to 4 days.I had also called customer care but no one received the call. thx Shweta

mera pehle fta pack chalu tha abhi mujhe o activate karana hai
maine custmorcare call kiya to obolte hai ki dealar ke passjao or pucho.
dealer ke pass gaye to o bolte he custmor care ko pucho to me kya karu
kya mujhe fta pack ke bare me jankaari milegi.
