[Resolved] Dish TV — deficiency in service | |
That on 23 rd of April, 2008, I bought a dish tv connection and from the very begining it is not working properly infact it is very bad, cheap and after sales services of dish tv are very bad. I tried the call center number[protected]and no one is picking the call (either it say sorry phone busy or sorry no one is picking up). If the call connects luckily then they said we will send our mechanic or representative in 24 hours but no body comes. I made a complaint several times (complaint no. is 134451 and[protected] but no use of registering a complaint on customer care because they never take it seriously. my dish tv is not working properly the picture and sound are vibrating, colour quality is also very bad. the picture quality of 15-20 channels are very bad.First time I faced situation like this.The dish tv has deficiency and imperfection in services and unfair trade practices.I will have to take them to consumer court if they did not take an action on my complaint.
