[Resolved] Dish TV — "DISH KARO MISS KARO" | |
Ref : VC no.[protected] With the above reference no. we had installed Dish TV on September 2nd 2008. First week we were able to view the channels after that suddenly the service was disrupted. On enquiring the customer care we hear that the subscription charges has not been deposited in our a/c. While during installation itself we had paid both the installation as well as subscription charges. Then after contacting the local dishcare center (Perfect Traders, Panipat) they have confirmed that due to some problem in their Net they have not forwarded the request. But I am surprised that for more than a week this has been procrastinated for which we are suffering now. To add to the woe the response and reaction from the local care center is also lukewarm - not picking up calls/attending calls directly etc. Despite my personal visit to dealer and constant follow ups both at Noida office & local dealer the service has not yet restored till date. This kind of, state of affairs not only spoils the Brand Image of the Company but also hinders the Value and Goodwill of the Company. Do responsible people sitting there realise this ???
