Dish TV — regarding the disconnection of dish TV connection
i bought dish TV before 3 months then they gave 5 months recharge free , but two days back its totaly blocked ...so take any immediate action against the complainti hope ur best co operation with thanks......

Dish TV — Poor Service and frequent disconnection of channels
I have a dual connection of Dish Tv since two years. Since last year, they frequently block the Premium channels on the child connection like the News channels or Star bouquet / Sports channels without any information and when you call up, you are told that this bouquet has to be reactivated as it is not available with child connection. I have mailed the consumer complaints of Dish Tv who have been unable to give any reason for disconnection without being asked to do so. I have paid the amount due well before the due date which initially shows payment for one month but after a few days one finds that the date has been advanced by one week to ten days.The toll free number is hopeless where the person is unable to answer your queries and if you ask to speak to the supervisor, they put you on hold forever.
Absolutely the worst service one can expect.
