Did you read the email your customers send to you? I just clicked the PHOTO of the message which is coming till now! You bloody people should atleast have the eyes to SEE the image if you could not read the english which the customers keep complaining about.
I need an escalation contact, I can NOT keep dealing with filthy people like you who do not have the least patience of comprehending to the customer's issue and resolving it, forget about those issues which keeps popping all the time like POP corn!
