there was a mistake while recharging

but i recharged to [protected]
Can i transfer that to my id number?

I had made payment of rs 1001/ towards recharge of my tv as per details above. The payment was made through OXI payment of STATE BANK OF INDIA on 23 6 2015 around 7.36 pm online. The amount of Rs.1001/is shown debited from my banl account and shown the reference no as OXI SBI IGOAFNQLE3 oxygen services. But I have not yet received any intimation of receipt of the amount in my RMN [protected]. please check the position and intimate me in my RMN...

We are sorry for the experience you had. Kindly provide payment gateway, dishtv operator id starting with PMGW or Order ID / Transaction ID starting with with AREC so that the payment can be transfer or reversed and write to us at [protected]@dishtv.in.

DishTV — not charged as per package

My dish tv vc no is [protected] is charged for Rs1530 for 6 (180 days)months package but my a/c is showing a next recharge date 09-06-15 where as it should be 4-10-15.Please check and rectify Sameer Kalra
