[Resolved]  DishTV — Faulty service poor performance

Subject: Faulty Dist TV connection



I have subscribed to Dish TV STB connection from 05.08.2008. [STB No. 0860ABF23OS03405 : Viewing Card No.[protected]]. I have subscribed to Dish Maxi (Tamil/Malayalam) package and 3 months package charges are paid, which is valid upto mid of November.

The channels were available only upto the last week of September and thereafter most of the channels are not displayed and a message “signal not found” is appearing on the screen. I have been trying to call customer care where I was made to wait for several minutes without any response and the call automatically disconnected.

I have opted for your connection only based on your colourful ads and believing your reputation as a leading service provider. But, your poor response in receiving my complaint itself shows the kind of customer care you are providing. Having paid charges for 3 months in advance, I am frustrated of not receiving a proper service and I am clueless as to how and where to address my grievance.

I expect your proper and responsible action in this regard at the earliest, at least after this mail, failing which I will be forced to seek my redress through due process of law.
