[Resolved] DishTV — Signal not received | |
12/12/2009 Dear sir, The service of this company"DishTV"is very poor .I have made a complaint for not recieving the signal through helpline.Just after a little time many agents contacted me and offered me to provide service against the payment of Rs.175/-.I told them that the signal strength & quality at my set top box are more than 60% and the problem is persisting at the end of service provider.Hearing this they disconnected the call.When we again called the helpline they answered me that your signal will be refreshed in next 2 hours but the problem was not solved .Inspite of the problem to be solved ,the helpline started to ignore my telephone calls .the next morning when i called through my mobile phone,some other person took my call and told me to do the same and my channels will be refreshed in another 2 hours,but am very sad to say that my connection is still not working.I am missing the important programmes on my Television i.e. 2nd t20 match between India &Sri Lanka.It has happened with me more than one time earlier.I have just renewed my dishtv account with Rs.400.00 on 6/12/2009.Plz give me relief. thanking you!
