DishTV — Compensation required

I had subscribed on the 18/03/2012 was unable to view the channels of my choice for around 2 weeks even after paying Rs. 110/- to the technicians who installed the DISH at my house. After a couple of days when I realised that I am unable to view the channels I paid for, I called the customer care number.
The first time I spoke to a supervisor named ALI who asked to me write a mail and mentioned that he will lodge a complaint on my behalf. He also promised to investigate the same with the back end team. The second time I called, I spoke with Aniket who informed me that there is no record of my complaint. Aniket offered me a call back the next day which he did not honour. I called again and he said that he will try and help me. However, after few hours he called me back to request me to write in a complaint to their customer service mailbox. I did so and received a response which was not related to my query at all.

So, I took the time to speak to the local DISHTV office (Manik communications) who acknowledged the fact only after I called to check on the same. I was informed that they will mark a mail to get my package activated which was no done.
So I continuously kept following up with the Local DISHTV office who finally activated my services on the 25th of March. However, this was done by deducting my Monthly subscription. I was unaware of this fact until I got a call to renew my subscription on the 5th of April. I again tried speaking with customer care who directed me to the mailbox. I found this completely useless and hence visited the office to sort the issue. I spoke to the technician who confessed that he had not update my payments on my DISHTV account. I collected my receipt and sent it to the customer care mailbox demanding a compensation since the whole issue had caused me a lot of trouble and money to make calls/visit the office.

Surprisingly in response to complaint I received a response which again was not related to my query. I called the customer care again and escalated the issue to senior management. Since then they have either been saying no to my compensation request or just promising me a call back and not honouring the same.

I want DISHTV to apologise for the inconvenience they have caused and compensate me suitably.
