We have Rechrged for 150 Rs on 23/06/09 we have taken south indian silverpack but my grace period is showing till 14/06/09 only till 21days we have taken monthly subrcription what is the meen of 21 days?last month also we got same plroblem...

I would like to register the complaint against the DISHTV and its service provider MELTEK Systems in Pune. I am the DISHTV customer since last 4 years in Pune. Last year I upgraded to DISH TV HD service. I paid the entire amount for an year in advance. Now dish TV is upgrading the LNB of each HD connection. I was informed by the MELTEK system that my LNB will be changed. this was a month ago. They told that the DISHTV has made is compulsary to upgrade all HD connection before the Cricket world cup. There engineer cam to my place and said that since you have multiconnection LNB we need to get a complete new set of DISH antena and HD LNB. They told that this will be provided to you without any extra charge. We will come back in a day or two and will upgrade your system before 5th Feb-2011. I waited till 5th feb but nothing happened and no body turned up. When I contacted them over the phone they told me that I need to speak to their manager Mr. Vikas Sridharan. He promised me that the setup will be installed within 2-3 days. I waited till 13th Feb. Nothing happened. I called them back and then 1 of the customer care executive informed me that multiconnection LNB permission from the DISHTV will come only on 16th Feb and then we will install it at your place. I waited till 16th Feb nothing happen. I called them back.they told me that everything is fine we are just waiting for Mr. Vikas's approval and he is out of office. I waited for 2 more days. Then I contacted Mr Vikas . He told me that He will get it installed before the India's first match against Bangaladesh(19-Feb). He connected me to his service department where his engineer left the call in between and never came back. Mr Vikas shouted on his employees but no body turned up. He promised me that he will get it done next morning. Next morning I waited till 12 noon. Nothing happened. I called them back.. A new executive picked the call and I had to explain him the entire story again.. He said it will be done next day(Sunday). I told him that how will your service engineer work on Sunday.. He insisted that it will be done on Sunday.. I lost my control.. then immediately he asked my details and said that the engineers are already instructed to install the setup today for your place. I waisted for them.. In between I received the call from their executive which provided the name of the service engineers who were on the way to my place according to her. She told me that she will call me back and inform me about the whereabouts of the engineers and will let me know the exact time when they will come to my place. I waited whole day niether the call came and nor the engineers. No body came on Sunday as well. Today is monday and I have lost the patience and have no courage to talk to them to hear their false promises. Request you to let me know what could be done in this case.

Only received call for paying the amount with grace charges of Rs. 25.00 per VC.
Kindly resolve the issue.
