[Resolved] DishTV Recharge — Recharge Procedure through Internet

The charge for one month of DishTV Silver Pack is Rs.125.00. But when we wanting to recharge for one month through Internet (www.dishtv.in) process the minimum amount to be charge is Rs.200.00. What is the system like this. The minimum amount should be same as Package charge.

DishTV — recharge successful but no channels

i had recharged my dish tv for ala-carte channels.i even received a message stating that your rechare was succesful,i waited for more than 6 hrs but i didn't found the channels working.

I have rechage my dish tv VC No [protected]-3 for 250 for two months on 8 Feb2010 and get the message to recharge on 20 April 2010. and I again recharge the dish tv for Rs 250 on 20 Mar2010 and now display the message to rechage your Dish tv before 27 April2010.
2- You are requested to kindly consider my problem otherwise I have to go for consumer court and I and not satisfy what is going on happening.
3- please intimate through sms to my mobile [protected] immediate.
4- I several time talk to costumer care but get no satisfactory answer.

i ve recharged dish tv of rs200..n i want setmax, n disney channel... immigietly... i ve sent sms n called dish tv costumer care but it was of no use... i hope da problem ill be soon solved!! thank u..

I HAVE RECHARGED A DISH TV VC NO. [protected] OF RS. 250 YESTERDAY AT 11.00 A.M. BUT AMOUNT OF 250 DEBITED FROM MY SBI ACCOUNT WHICH NO. IS [protected] AND ALSO SHOWING THAT THE RECHARGE WAS SUCCESSFUL BUT TILL DATE CUSTOMER NOT GETTING THE CHANNEL.
SO, PLEASE CHECK THIS MATTER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE OR REFUND MY DEBITED MONEY.
