[Resolved]  DishTV Set Top Box Not Working — vc no. [protected] top box not working for 5 months

Dishtv set top box nt working since 5 months, several complaints have beeen logged at call centre, customer care email id and also to local pune office.
As soon as the set top box is switched on it shown error message as SIGNAL NOT FOUND FOR 20 MINUTES THAN IT SHOWS CHECK YOUR SMART CARD.
kindly intervnee to get the same resolved on urgency
