We are not receiving any telecast and on the T.V.screen we are getting the message that smart card is not properly inserted .We have tried it without success.Kindly help or advise.

i'm sanjay kath, my dish tv v.c. card no: [protected]-4, i've recharge on[protected] with the amt. of 235, but it isnt telecast any pay channel, & we getting the message that the smart card is not properly inserted and card refreshing error, please refresh the card or help to telecast all channels.
