This is one of the best Hero Honda Dealership I've ever been to, professional to the core. Mr. Girish (worksmanager) and Mr. Ayappa Das were very courteous and prompt in their service. I have had horrible experience with Janram Motors of Kottarakara, and I was on the hunt for a good workshop to service my Karizma when a friend suggested me about Diya Motors. I suggest all hero honda owners to go here!!!

i am one of the customer of diya motors kollam.In my experience the free service provided to the bykes are very worst. If any one of the owners are reading this message then please take effective steps in the service part otherwise the no. 1 place will goes to the last

their communication through phone is not much well try to make a good speak and dealing with the customers

i have order a karizma zmr (white) before 4 months on diya motors kollam.but i didnot get it...so its proveing that diya is not the no 1 in kollam.very very badddddddddddd dealers...

what is the reson for late comming of my karizma zmr.

I am from Parippally. I am one of the customer of Diya Motors.Kollam. I have buy a Passion Pro But it does not contain sheild, a part of silencer, service book and helmet. When i asked, the reply is U will come next service and then we gave this things. What is this ? And the servicemen's behavour is very poor. VER VERY VERY VERY BAD DEALER>

Diya Motors Kollam Very Poor Service

I came to this showroom for my regular service with my CBZ Extreme KL 24B 3751, the level of service was really poor.I saw two of the supervisors fighting in front of me and one of them came to attend me he was showing anger at me. He was not even ready to hear my problems he started shouting at me.I quited from there showroom.
Why should we be in a showroom where they dontr need them.

I suggest all customers not to be in a trouble by purchasing vehicle from them.

Diya Motors is Kollam District's pride. Plenty of vehicles are supplying by them. Actually by the launching of Diya Motors I realise that getting one Hero Honda vehicle is very easy. Iam extending my sincere thanks to all Service Staffs of Diya Motors. They have cleared all the problems of my Hero Honda Glamour Vehicle that I am suffering for the last 6 months. I have approached all most all the authorised service centre for rectifying my complaint. Really i got surprised by the caring from Diya Motors. Supervisor detailed me about the complaint and what are the jobs they have done in my vehicle. Now there is no problem with my bike. Quality is quality that I realise from Diya Motors. Iam a Hero Honda Splendor customer and when I am purchasing this vehicle I have to wait for 4 months. I am quite happy with my vehicle now. And that is only from the Launching of Diya Motors in Kollam District. Now I am proud in saying that " Iam a customer of Diya Motors". Now they are supplying large number of vehicles to kollam market. Loads are comming to them every day. Vehicle shortage is an old story. They have proven they are the leader in Kollam.
