DNA Bangalore — Vendor is charging service charges

I have subscribed DNA and got a booklet for a year in 299 Rs.
The DNA representative has told me that i need not to pay any thing else for whole year.
My vendor has started my paper in February.
And from March when he came to collect the coupon, he asked 20 Rs extra for the service charges.
I had a argument with him, but finally i push to pay every month Rs.20 per month and he is giving receipt for that. And I got one privilege card card also along with booklet, but it is not accepted anywhere.None of their contact options work phone is switched off and the email bounces back and the sms is rejected stating wrong option was chosen
Now I think DNA has cheated me.
Please tell me how to stop the vendor, from collecting excess charges.

This is towards non receipt of coupons which I have to give every month. I have already sent vide e mail
'' [protected]@dnaindia.net' on 17.12.2008 & reminder on 14.06.2009. So far, I have not received any reply nor copons. The paper boy is demanding his comission since I am not in a position to give coupons. I have decide to take case with consumer court. For your immediate action.

Dont Take DNA News Paper, Call DNA prople take ur money back, But dont encourgae this type of cheating...
