[Resolved] DNA — Non receipt of Subscription | |
Dear Sir/Madam, I had been approached by a sales representative from DNA while shopping at Big Bazaar, Old Madras Road and he had collected a sum of RS.299/- and in return was given a privilege card along with some coupons. This was done on September 10, 2008 and I was also informed that I would start getting the subscriptions from October onwards. I had received a few calls from different numbers for address verification but till date I have not received a single subscription. Following this I had sent a mail on the e-mail id mentioned on the privilege card ([protected]@dnaindia.net) today and also on another e-mail id mentioned on their coupons ([protected]@dnaindia.net). I am awaiting their reply. I tried calling up the enquiry number mentioned on their coupon[protected] but I am always greeted with the message saying "This Number is switched Off). Now I do not know how to get in touch with the company and hence using the services of this forum Thank you Was this information helpful? | |

I completely agree with u. DNA is a cheater newspaper.They are earning money by luring the public by innovative offers and telling them to send SMSes on 54567.
I am from Bangalore zone. DNA subscription started from the day the coupons were issued by DNA office (15 Dec, 2008).
The news print seems to be good for the yearly subscription @ Rs. 301.
It would be fine if the subscription rates are maintained at same rates for one more year.

On dated 5-Feb-2009 I have sent the SMS for renew on 54567 (from Mobile No. [protected])
On dated 5 Feb 2009 I received the SMS that "Thank you for your confirmation. Our Executive shall visit you soon for renewal. Plz keep cheq ready favouring Diligent Media Corporation Ltd"
But till date no Executive have visited to my house nor phone to me.
But I phone to your office and your executive on dated 09.02.09 about the above matter.
From your I have told that the for the renewal I should have to pay Rs.401/- as the 299 scheme is finished on 08.02.09
I want to say is that what is the use of sending the message on 05.02.09
