[Resolved]  Reliance CDMA — DND not activated

im fed up of messages from 5999 telling that welcome to kerala and welcome home...even if im in ma state also they will welcome me to kerala...i have asked to activated DND...but its not done even after 45 days

I've a reliance CDMA phone, for which I've given DND(Do not disturb) before 1.5 months back. Relaince's web site says, it will need 40 days to get this activated, however even after 70 days, DND is not activated for me and I still get hundreds of SMS and calls on my mobile. When all these unwanted calls and SMS will stop?

I have a reliance cdma prepaid phone . I want DND facility But customer care is unable to solve my problem.
I am not accepted any ring tone but every month they charged 30/-from my account.
I do not want any ringtone.

Relaince's web site says, it will need 45 days to get this activated, however even after 4 years, DND is not activated for me and I still get hundreds of SMS and calls on my mobile. When all these unwanted calls and SMS will stop?

Reliance CDMA — Unwanted calls and messages even after activating DND

I have activated my DND service on my reliance CDMA number [protected]. Despite this, I have been receiving several promotional calls and messages (as many as 5 a day) from Reliance. I request you to take appropriate action.
