Hi I am an unfortunate cust of this docomo...but thankfully m with airtel as a postpaid cust from 2 yrs which really m happy about.....and about docomo they are really cheap.....i have anum [protected] which i alwaysrecharge for 150....and i had 116 balance i activate 5 rs 50 mb pack....and hardly ive used it for browsing done any browsing and the balance is 0.49 paise.....shameless thiefs....shameless than any congresss politician....and if i call cc he places me on hold for 22 mins ....and still running next to me this is what you are F--king SERVICE....YOU HAVE LOST ME FOR LIFE I WILL ENSURE NOBODY IN MY FAMILY USES CHEAP SERVICES OF YOURS....BE HAPPY WITH MY UNUSED 111RS....AS TIPS...AS YOU ARE A CHEAP COMPANY...UNFAIR RULES IS SOMETHING THAT U DO AND M JUST EXAMPLE.....2DAY I WILL WAIT IF YOU DONT RESPOND ME BACK ON MY AIRTEL NUMBER [protected]....TRUST ME YOU CAN EXPECT A LETTER TO DOT.COM FROM ME AS WELL I WILL MAKE SURE I WILL ENSURE ATLEAST 1000RS +LOSS OF BUSINESS FOR YOU.....TAKE MY WORD Was this information helpful? | |||

DoCoMo Prepaid — Arbitrary deduction of balance
My Number was switched off for some days as their was some issue with my mobile, after some days when i switched on my number again around 70 rupees was deducted from my number.when i called to customer care they are not entertaining. this all is not acceptable.Telecom regulatory should take serious action against these Mobile Service provides, my mobile number is [protected].53%

DoCoMo Prepaid — no activation of sim yet
Advance Thanks.I purchased docomol Prepaid SIM () on[protected]. The dealer said, 20-June-2009 mornings, would activate. But the whole day not activate. I am waiting for activate. At the day 21-June-2009 I called to dealer, he said we are activated your number, you will get SMS. Then I told, no SMS came to my number. I checked with *111# that results was "Your account has is barred". The dealer says, I called to customer care that the docomo server was in problem. So it will take time or today night will be activate. ... But today is[protected], it not activate. About that where I will submit the report? or What I do now?
