Registered post not received

Hi,

According to the postal personals, the registered post was supposed to reach Britain,CT,USA in 15 days. I posted documents on 24h Sep 2009. Attached screen shot of the receipt. Its been more than 25 days and the receiver has not received the documents yet. Please provide update as its urgent because the deadline for document submission is passing away for me.

I appreciate your help.
