Dear Mrs. Durga, I have discussed with Mr. Rajeswararao on 03rd July’ 2012 regarding my courier (H[protected], which is not delivered and suggested that mark a copy to Mrs. Durga for to know the status of courier. Kindly look into the matter seriously for where the courier is hold up. When I was asking to Rajahmundry Branch, they told that we have sent it to Hyderabad. But when I was asking to Hyderabad branch they said they did not receive it . Who has kept it aside or drop or theft it. How the Manifest Details are comes difference between the Branches. How the uploaded data (Manifest Details) was changed when it was downloaded.? 3. when the packing is going on is CC Cameras are rounding them ? 4. When the packing was completed, is checking was going for each one who is involving in the packing of courier ? 5. The customer doesn’t bargain at any situation at the time of payment for sending his courier, but why don’t you take care for the courier should be to reach the destination ? 6. When the courier is not reached to the customer , what action will be taken against the employees’ who involves in the process and do you have any report where it and how it would be happened ? The values of Courier is not what is content in the courier (even a rough paper or Valuable Document), the courier how it reaches to the customer is very important without fail or misplaced. “If you feel unable to reach the courier to the destination, you have to say to customers, we are not responsible for the courier when it was not reached to the destination.” Finally I want to say the courier should be reached me at any cost from you. Am Navaneeth here the reason for my mail is a bad issue really sorry to inform u . yesterday i had a courier tats on 15/12/2012 inside that apart from card etc there was a sweets packet inside it aswell worth rs 250 or so dats missing.
I wonder hw its possible and the parcel was sticked in gum but while i recieved its pinned so wats that mean ?..
And for your kind info the person who sent the parcel is an empoyee of your DTDC and n my friend so am sure that its correctly sent from there(from Coorg) .
I understand sweets pack is not a big deal its a matter of privacy i think u know the seriousness better then me of this small mistake am expecting a quick reply from you.
if not i ill be forced to take this small issue to the head of your department do you think its fair?...

BAYER HEALTHCARE / DOCUMENT — Non - delivery of the consignment
Dear Sir,One consignment was booked vide AWB No. [protected] Dt. 24.07.09 from Mumbai with the instruction to arrange to deliver to our Gurgaon office on 25.07.09 which could not be delivered so far.
In morning we had placed request to arrange to deliver the same by 12.00 noon on 27.07.09 as it contains some important document but the same could not even delivered today by 5.00 p.m.
When we tried to contact to your Delhi office at[protected] some Mr. Srikant was on the line who has informed that the boy is on the way to deliver the same and can not help in this matter. When the undersigned wanted to know the time limit of the delivery he was rude in reply and informed that Blue dart does not take responsibility of timely delivery. Is this the ethics of working of such a orgnisation who claim to be leader in express service ?
May we request you to look into and inform us the outcome.
