[Resolved]  Dr. Batra Homeopathy — Fraud doctors

Hi..

I want to stop my treatment going on Batra's clinic Noida sec-18 due to their froud.

They were providing wrong medicines for wrong diseases I.e they were treating for skin disease instead of stomach problem.
When I consulted another doctors they suggest me to not use these medicines because you have no any such disease for what they are treating you.

When I realized this I went to their clinic and ask to stop my treatment and teturn my extra money paid because they taken whole year fee(18000) at beginning to give offer of 2000 off at same day payment.

But they were refused to return my money and said that you have to take these medicines for whole year(Even wrong medicines) this is in our term and condition that we will not return any money paid to us.
Then I said took your one month charge and return remaining money because
I registered here only 20 days ago and now I realized the fact of wrong treatment So I want to stop my treatment and return of money.

So please suggest me how to recover my money and stop froud like this.

Hi Dear Dr Batra,

You have a good name. you are a Brand itself.
But there are few branches which are not up to the same standard it should have been.
I had been taking treatment since 2007 until 2015 for my skin disorder (vitiligo).
Most of the time doctors are not present at the office when we go for an appointment and we end with another doctor. Doctors are changing frequently. There was supposed to be Sr. doctor visit once in every six months that too was stopped after first couple of months. The clinic is only proactive at the time of the payments. most of the time we don't get App. remainder calls, also no medicines if we don't visit to the clinic due to out of city. There is courier service for the same but was never practically done.

Please let me know what should I do.. I want to continue...

Also, Is there any chance I can meet Dr. Batra himself..

Who is in your customer care ?
They always use same message for all complains and did nothing further till date..as many customers already complaint about this also.

Dr.batras hire stupid doctors
Dont ever get yoursel[censored]nder their treatment ever.
If you go with a problem to them they are gig to charge you for medicines wehther they have ubderstood your medical condition or not.
No matter what they are give you useless crap medicines that do nothing at all.
The stupid doctor Mrinal sharma from 3B2 Mohali did not even asked for my medical tests and prescribed me medicines anyway and later when tests were done by othe doctor few days after.
I did not have that problem for which he charged us for tratment
They are all frauda and sid not give or money back.

I started my treatment for hair fall and dandruff with Dr. Batra's 3 years back, and after 3 years my condition is still the same.
Dandruff is in control because of the anti-dandruff shampoo that I am using. If I stop using the shampoo, dandruff is back and so is itching.
And hair fall is still the same... no major improvements.
What surprised and angered me is when my consulting Dr. asked me to consult a skin specialist after 3 years of treatment with Dr. Batra. And also had the nerve to say to continue the treatment with Dr. Batra for another year. And I was informed that if I pay the yearly fee on the spot, I will be given a good discount + some free sessions.

Is this all a money making scheme? Do patients really get relief with homeopathy? There much be many other dissatisfied patients out there who never raise their voice.

One line for fraudie dr batra...getting curse of so many people, dr batra will get a painful death and in hell he would suffer and in next birth he would be gattar ka keeda.
