[Resolved]  Dtdc Courier — Courier not delivered

I have sent a courier(parsel) containing garments to my sister in pune by dtdc courier on 23.02.10 via reciept no z06427856. The dtdc people asured me that the parsel would be delivered on 25.02.10 & would go via mumbai.
But today when i checked it online the status was in transit as this parsel went from jodhpur to delhi to gurgoan to pune

Please let me know the reason for delay & harasment

Sir, I booked a courier through DTDC courier at erode to Tirupur.Consignment no.F04836169.Consignor name is P.RAVI on 15/03/2010.But 22/03/2010 they not delivered.When i ask Erode branch the courier returned because of they told, reason is no service to Tirupur.If no service there why they accepted on15/03/2010.O.k.Then returned why they not intimated me.After i contact Erode branch i can know that courier returned. Mentally i very disturbured. Please kindly take reasonable actin.

I have suggest to my sister DTDC is fastest domestic delivery service, as per my recommendation she dispatched small packet (containing medicine) on 17th May 21, 2010 at 10:30 am from Bhopal to Raipur, receipt no M[protected].Before dispatched the packet , she asked about the time limit for delivery ,person said within 24 to 36hrs taken. But till now packed were not delivered, besides of my phone calls and visited regional office near deshbandu press, agrasen chock Raipur, I am very disappointed when they give subsequently excuses 1. You can find next branch (tatyapapa branch) 2. Climate is very warm, difficult to deliver day time 3.Staff shortage 4. Person is on the way deliver very shortly. I would request you look at this matter

DTDC couriers india — consignment not delivered in time

The consignment has not been delivered in 5 days where as the time for delivery they told is 3 days and even more the consumer relation ship is so bad that they don't even assist when someone queries something.

the person sitting there are irresponsible and are supposed to banned for their bad services.

Dear Sir,
I have dispatched a small packet (containing medicine) on 11th June 2010 from Mumbai to Gurgaon(Haryana), receipt no M[protected]. Before dispatching the packet, I confirmed the time limit for delivery and I was assured that it will reach within 48 hours. But till now (17th June 2010) the parcel has not been delivered, When check online I find out that DTDC people are just playing passing the parcel, it goes to Delhi and come back to Mumbai then again from Mumbai it goes back to Delhi and come back to Mumbai, and now again it’s been sent to Delhi and now it is in Gurgaon but not yet delivered.
Kindly look into the matter ASAP.

dear sir , I have send a courier containing impoartant document courier booked from ur kanjurmarg Dtdc branch for Ambala - 133001 . It have booked this courier on 15/7/10. It had not reach till 21/7/10. When check through ur website dtdc tracking of courier with filling my pod number. M54792865. It is showing deliverd at thane . I did not understand i called to the franchice person he is not responding. The customer care not responding . Pls tell what should be done .

This is for your information that my daughter send a Purcell from Mumbai for her birthday gift to celebrate on 9 8 10 at DURGAPUR.
But sir as per track record Purcell reached in durgapur .I have tried my best to contact with Benachittyoffice Ananda Mansion for contact weather purcell reached or not over phone 3205880. Form their side only said that it will take time to search .But next after one hour again I enquared but only same voice received take time to search. Please take necessary action to delivered immediately

Dear Sir/Madam

A courier was sent by me on 15/2/2011 from kaithal,haryana on the name of Ms.Meenakshi, address H.No.233, Qutubpur, Rewari Haryana by DTDC courier and cargo service, CN NO. Z[protected]courier receipt is attached herewith)which is not delivered even after a month.Generally on the same address a courier takes only two or three days maximum. I approached the franchise dealer in rewari so many times but he did not give any satisfactory answer to me and misbehaved with me.Niether this courier is delivered on the mentioned address nor it was sent back to consignor address.I approached to franchise dealer rewari to deliver the courier but he strongly refused my request,in reply he says if you want the courier then you have to pick it from my shop I'll not deliver it on the address.
So it is my humble request to take necessary action and issue the orders to delivered the said courier immediately.
This courier contains very important documents and if this courier not delivered then i'll bear an irreparable loss.
So please take it as urjent and solve the same as soon as possible.

I couriered one consignment on[protected] with cn no-B70238881 frm bangalore to mumbai .it has been despatched to mumbai but they didnt couriered to responsible person.when m calling they re not responding ...moreover when i called to franchise office they told they ll do it by 5:00 pm but they came around 6:30pmat dat time office was closed...i am facing loss because of your's company man irresponsibility...these loss u ve to compensate...i want dat my consignment should reach by 10am tomorrow or i ll go further for my loss n incovenience i faced it all 2days... regards rinku das

Courier # P19220114 not delivered yet, booked on 25th July from Pune to Thane. When we contacted customer service, they are saying it is delivered but we have not got it.

DTDC official called to tell us to collect it from their office as they do not deliver it to doorstep. If they do not deliver it, why this was not intimated while booking?

Also when contacted to courier office to collect it, they said they have not received it.

I have sent a courier with receipt no.P19900512 through DTDC COURIER on 28th of july 2012 , on several follow ups and complaints(No 770177) raised with call center, parcel is not able to be delivered till yet.,

I am totally fed up with this courier service which commits 3-4 days of delivery and not able to keep.

I told, we already received few items through DTDC. Anand told, as of now Kenjanur is out of area. I told, if that
is the case, why you guys accepted this parcel. For that Anand told, fine I will send it back to the senders address.
Also, Anand now even know how to speak to a customer. He was very rude. Kindly look in to this issue and
make it deliver ASAP.

I have used to DTDC courier service for deliver my parcel to bilaspur on 27/01/13. But It has deliver with a single steeple envelop which is empty. & it was delivered on 04/01/13.

It has been refused by the reciever, but until I havent recive it back.

I sent an important courier to Gurgaon from DTDC Viman nagar, Pune on 7th Aug, no. 18027032 which was supposed to delivered within 2 days. but it did not get delivered even after 9 days after it was sent. I sent mails to DTDC centre. I called several times. No one answered the phone. i went back to their centre but they did not help me. I called at their pune centre again & again the concerned person only gave me lame excuses & stopped answering my calls after a while. I have very unhappy with this service & treatment of my complaint pus wastage og money & efforts. i need a resolution ASAP.
