[Resolved] DTDC Courier & Cargo Ltd. — Very Poor Service | |||
I Yogesh saxena, sending Courier booked on 17/01/2013 from Angul (Orissa) to Gwalior (M.P.) vide no. F07230886 @95/-(2 Page in envelop). DTDC committed me delivery with in 4 days (20/01/2013 is sunday, so will monday 21/01/2013). It is not delivered till now (23/01/2013 at 20:00 PM). What is purpose of courrier service then. Worst than normal post. And they charge so high. If I sent through Speed Post @25/- letter delivered between 21/01/2013 to 22/01/2013. Urgent Legal document were inside in envelop. That's requirement in court on monday(21/01/2013). I try so many time DTDC tracking status. But, no tracking found. DTDC Courier service very poor. They are big big promises.
