[Resolved] Dtdc Courier — Delayed Delivery | |||
I booked a small CD package (1 CD) to be shipped from Bangalore to Jaipur on 17 Jun 2013. First of all they charged me Rs 95 for this shipment which I think is double the price of Indian Speed Post for the same article. Next they promised delivery within 2 days but even after 3 days there was no sign of the delivery. I called customer care on day 3 and they said the package was in DELHI and is being shipped to Jaipur now and will be delivered today. Then they gave me the number of their Delhi and Jaipur office to call and track the consignment. I was not pleased with this (why am I supposed to call all their offices just to track the delivery) but decided to wait for another day. On 4th day there was no sign of delivery upto noon after which I called their Jaipur office and blasted the person there. He just gives excuse that he received the package yesterday and will deliver it today only and that the delay was NOT his problem and I should talk to their Bangalore office. This is ridiculous, first they charge double rates and then easily shift the blame to other offices like we are dealing personally with the DTDC offices and not with the company as a whole. Finally, after my call they delivered the package on the 4th day in the afternoon. DTDC — Delayed in delivery
Hi,My consignment (Shipment No.: H[protected] got delayed as it is a medicine, I need to take it in proper schedules, because of the delay, I'm not able to continue.
After 2 days when I called the Balanagar location in Hyderabad as consignment is lying for 2days, they are ridiculous in answering and saying that they need to open and check it, so it will be delivered after 2days and started asking delivery address for 4 times and disconnected the call in between

DTDC Couriers — delayed delivery of couriers
couriers are nor not delivered on time.response from courier people are not proper. even if it is mentioned as most important document they deliver late. very poor customer service.had experience in delayed/improper delivery more than 5 times.received courier after 2 days from coimbatore to chennai pallavaram.watch not delivered

DTDC -Courier service:-A cover — Delay of 8 days in delivering
A cover ent from Bangalore on 10 th.Dec.reached here on 11 th.itself according to their web site.But was delivered only on 17 th. that too after making numorous calls to local/Head office -Chennai.Till date no explanation has been received.A renewned organisation behaves like this make one wonder how it funtions.Kamala
