[Resolved] Philips DVD Player DVP3146x — DVD Player complaint pending since more than a Month | |
Dear Sir, I’ve lodged My complaint regarding my DVD Player DVP3146X on 11th of February 2008. Since that day I am calling Phillips service center and Customer Care {[protected]} on the daily basis. But the only reply which used to receive that today surely the technical guy would visit my place. But today has not come till now. Even I got the Number of Mr. Saha from customer care but as usual they never pick the phone. The Number of Mr. Saha {[protected]}, which he was not picking. Kindly suggest me what should I’ve to do, Coz in the absence of DVD player my Philips Home Theatre is also Lying idle at my home. I want your serious consideration in this matter. I am aslo philips customer & I am disappointed with the Service. I had purchased a purifier - Philips make . It is waiting for Installation since 19.4.2008.

I am trying to contact M/s Aalap Services, authorized Phillios Service Centre on phone# 27557501 / 27558468 since morning but it is continuously getting engaged & am not able to contact them to get my DVD player duly repaired.
