E- seva Malakpet Branch: I am writing this to inform that the staff there was very unfriendly, rude, arrogant and what not??

No one takes care of the issues that happen. No one responds properly. They do not respects the public.

Manager here is the worst manager I have ever come through, he acts as If he is a mafia leader!!

They have 6 or 7 computers, out of which only 4 are in condition. They do not work properly and meet the public needs.

There is no attender who issues a token!!

WORST E-SEVA...WORST SERVICE.

Kukatpally, Allwyn colony Phase -1 ( Sai Nagar) e seva staff collecting more money than that of mentioned in the bill for their service

This is the complaint against e-seva situated outside the LB Nagar Circle Office (Saroornagar CPDCL office premises) dealing with all the transactions of MRO Saroornagar and LB Nagar Circle GHMC besides other services. Whenever we go there, the staff say that there are understaffed and already they have files to be attended and advice us to come again. Last 10 days, we visited the place more than 20 times. However outside the MRO Office to do the work at e-seva. For their services they charge Rs. 1500 to Rs. 2000. The file if it is given to them, in 10 minutes the work in e-seva is completed. Thus the e-seva Saroornagar is in the hands of a mafia gang. Is there anybody to look into this complaint

They told that they cannot update aadhaar### Even they are provided with Biometric scanners### But they are telling they can't do that###
Dear Govt of Andhrapradesh,

My name is Venakta siva Krishna appana, I am working in Bangalore in a private company,

My native is M.Koduru(vi), V.Madugula (mdl) Visakhapatnam (dt) pin-531027

my parents and all my family members live there in appana veedhi (golla veedhi) by doing cultivation.

We have been facing the drainage problem from past 15 to 20 years, there is no proper drainage system in our village, if rainy season comes then used water and rainy water is stagnated on roads at every home without flowing down as all drainage paths are blocked by covering till the roads, which causes water stagnated. because of this mosqutios populations is getting increasing. Viral diseases, such as yellow fever, dengue fever, and chikungunya, malaria transmitted to people, all are suffering in villages.

we have tried by complaining to village panchayat, but some how they are not able to solve this as people who blocking the drainage system or not listening then and they failed to take necessary actions.

please involve in this problem which we are facing years togather to make end and save the people by providing clean and helthy villages

KPHB e-Seva center is WORST response from the all Mahila Woman in the office. They have kept the mind (internal) strategy that, there will be 100's of customers every day, so for the first 10 (few) customer's they will respond nicely (that to depends on their mood of working) and there on they will not be able to answer slowly to the customers so, they will be shouting at the customers for any of their queries/concerns/services. I wonder how they will behave with public by the Evening (by EoD). :(

Who will be the supreme to come and make all these so called public servants (like these type of Govt Employees) to punish and make them work for public. I strongly feel that, It is better to set the end date for Any public servants service for 5 years initially and there on based on their service rating from public then they will get year on year continuation. Then at least they will have some fear of attending/working for public services.

Bottom Line - KPHB e-Seva is WORST service from all Mahila employees.
I applied for pan card form e seva that man took 300 rs from me its been 2 months now i havent got my pan card and now that man is saying i am not responsible because it is misplaced its a shame on these people n government . If mistake is happened you should take responsibilty but no these shameless people want money. Traitors to country .
