[Resolved] Easy Bill — Excessive booking charge on Railway Ticket | |||
Authority of Easybill should have a bit look on its agents, how are picking the pockets of its customers. A railway ticket booking service charge they have taken Rs. 25 per person. Actually the bill was deposited of Rs. 695/- on [protected] but aftersome time customer had requested that it is prepaid mobile number than how it can be deposited on postpaid account when it is prepaid number.
I request u to be credited my account of Rs. 695/- because my account has been debited of the following transaction please give me revert than I would be able to return the money to my customer.
