Hello Sir/Mam,
Today I visited Easy day store in my city Muzaffarnagar which is situated on Jansath Rd. I've purchased few grocery items & was having few queries which I asked to Easy Day staff. They called the owner (young guy who claimed himself as owner). Query was regarding procedure of ordering a product which is not available in the store. That young guy (so called owner) stared talking other guys instead of replying me. He simply ignored me & when I asked him why you are ignoring me he started shouting on me & said don't come to my store if you dont like my (young guy-owner) attitude & if i see you here again I'll throw you out. He & his local staff threatned me at the same moment. His attitude was so arrogant. I would like to know that how these people got the franchise of Bharti Easy Day Retail store.
