[Resolved] Easy Day — Misbehavior of Staff named sanya | |||
Sir / Mam, I rescently visited Easy Day - Opulent Mall ghaziabad.....When i was getting the billing done by a staff named Sanya...she asked me if i needed a carry bag...to which i responded YES.....after she did the billing n i paid her the amount...she refused to put my purchases in the bag...and claimed that I had said a NO to her when she asked me (Whether I needed a carry bag)...and there by ignoring me and billing the next person in the counter...her behavior and body language was very Rude.....I asked for a senior person to whom i could address my query...but there was absolutely no one apart from the usual staff. I just had to leave a complaint in the complaint box...to which I do not expect a response...Please advice as this sort of behavior has been a regular practice in this particular retail store..
