[Resolved] Electrolux Microwave Oven — panel not functioning and company is neither able to replace nor repair it | |||
Bought electrolux Microwave from Vijay sales Ghodbunder Road Thane west. ITEM NO. ELECTL MW EM30EC90 SS BOUGHT ON 15TH AUG 2008. Complain was logded with vijay sales for after sales ervice complaint no. 1007B240025. When attended, feedback given to me that control panel could not be repaired. I requested to replace the same. which was supposed to be done in months time which has not happened even after 4 months. Can it be helped or should sell my microwave to scrap. Post sales service by eletrolux can be so pathetic is unimaginable. Was this information helpful? | |||

i gave a complaint of broken door of my oven in May 2011. one person came and took rs 350.00 as inspection charge. said he will come and replace the broken door. iam waiting for our months and he never came. is electrolux so desparte that it cheats rs 350.00 even?original complaint no.
