[Resolved]  Elite Business Machines, Noida (Authorised HP Service Center) — Worst service from HP authorized service center

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

Just want to put in front of you the truth of one of the worst service center i have ever visited. I was facing some display problem with my laptop Compaq Notebook V6211AU. Since my system was out of warranty so went to this service station (Elite Business Machines, B-106, Sector - 64, Noida). They guys told me that there is some display problem and mother board needs to be replaced which will cost me around 12, 500 INR. I said, okay please go ahead and do the needful. The very next day one of their executive Vinit Jha gave me a call and said that, we are giving you an option of replacing your mother board at around 10,500 INR at your home; you just take your system back and pay 850 INR and we will also give you extended warranty for 1 year.

Shocked after listening these words from an authorized service center i decided not to go with the offer and opted for the first option with higher price (bcoz i thought in this i will get a new mother board from an authorized service center). After a week i got my laptop, but soon after one week i faced the same display problem. When i checked the mother board i found that they did not replace the mother board. It was the same one (i made some marks on graphic chip which were there as it is, couple of other signs were also there). I gave them (Elite) a call said these things; they refused to accept this.

I raised a complaint on HP site. Then Mr. Harjineder (RT outsourcing) gave me a call and asked me about the problem. He immediately spoke to the owner of Elite and started creating pressure. Then after lots of hustle and tussle they replaced the mother board. At the time of replacement i made it sure that they should replace the mother board in front of me. They gave me a warranty of 3 months on the mother board.

The story does not end here, after around 2 months i faced the same problem, visited Elite . Then one of their executive Nitin opened the system and said that, it's not the same mother board which they have replaced. The reason he gave is "the signature (he signed on MOB at the time of replacement) are not mine". Now they guys are refusing to accept that it is the same MOB which they replaced earlier.

The interesting thing about the whole story is that on receipt they did not mention any serial number of the MOB. Though when i got replaced my battery from the same service station they mentioned serial number etc (when my system was in warranty period). That is the reason why these sick people are refusing to accept that this is the same MOB.

Interestingly when i surfed related issues on net i found Elite's name every where. It is their normal way of serving HP customers. HP has become numb this time (i again submitted my complaint on HP site, and got no response as if now) so i decided to put this issue in front o[censored] all. And till my last breath i will leave no stone unturned in putting the real picture of Elite Business Machine on net. So that, if someone will search with this name they will get these results.
