This email is to inform you that I am holding a platinum EMI Card no : [protected] with Bajajfinserv. In Oct,12 my loan amount was cleared. I have taken 3 to 4 loans form Bajaj and have paid them all. I have had a very good history with Bajaj and have paid all my loans to date.

Now my issue is my EMI Card has been blocked without any prior intimation. Reason for my card block is insufficient funds on Aug,12.. Every month my EMI amount use to debit from my bank account and my a/c from which EMI's are debited is 0 bal a/c. But in Aug,12 it happened that Rs. 15/- were less in my a/c against my EMI amount and we were not aware about it or else we would have paid such lil amount of Rs. 25/- i mean no one wants that their EMI gets bounce only for lack of Rs. 25/- and above all that was my first and last installment that was bounced and that too by mistake and unknowingly.But as a deli gent citizen I went online and paid the emi along with the penalty.

I was not even aware about it that my card has been blocked. I have been always paying the ecs in time. And when one day few weeks back when i tried to purchase Consumer Durable, I was been informed that my card is blocked. I felt so annoyed and insulted at the shop, at least they could have informed me over that they have blocked the card for such a small reason so I would not have gone to take any product only.

This is really frustrating and disappointing to me I really don't understand that why my card has been blocked, when I have paid all my loans and I have no dues pending now, you would have activated my card instantly and which was not done yet.

They have also suggested me to purchase the product by producing the documents,

However I request you to please activate my EMI Card so that i can use your services and i also promise you that they wont be any bounce back from my end. I have been a loyal customer and I should be given a second chance.

I am with Bajaj from last 3 years and have cleared both the two loans I took from them. Would request you to kindly check my history and records too with Bajaj which will clearly show my good record. Humble request to you to kindly re-activate my card again and in case if there is any error or mistake from my end again then you can immediately block the card. Also if activation of this card is not possible then kindly send me a new card.

I would be highly obliged.

i had applied for an emi card about 2 monts ago but yet not received it have given the required docouments but no use if i m not gettin the emi card please return my papers ...tried callin your people no one answers ...please do something about it

EMI Card — Forced to Pay Monthly installment

Hi All,

On behalf of Mr.Manish.Parmar this complaint is registered. Mr.Manish Parmar had received EMI card from ICICI Bank without any explanation or giving detailed explanation about features of card. So Mr.Parmar swaped his card for medical use for amount of Rs.36000 after that he started paying rs.1000 as monthly installment thinking that by paying it every month will clear the amount.
But months on months paying it the amount did not decreased but increased as the rate of intrest and other charges were heavy. till date he had payed more than amount16000 but current amount due is still 42228 rs which he is not in a position to pay.
Now when we are requesting to converet it in loan amount no one is there to listen and responde or help him out to re[ay this amount.

EMI Card — no transaction of money

Dear Sir,

I was doing ticket booking from our EMI Card but there was showing no transaction of money from my account due to no permission of transaction from the bankers. But I have the sufficient money in my account to pay the billing amount of the booking of tickets.Because of this non-transaction my an important meeting which was going to held at Patna on the way to be cancelled. Please verify the problem occurs and solve it, and inform me as soon as possible.
I am providing the e-mail of the IRTC :-
Dear Customer,
We regret that the booking of your ticket could not be processed at this time as the transaction with ref. No. [protected] was not authorised by your bankers. The failure may also be due to some sort of inadequacies in your card / bank account.

You may kindly try using another valid card / account.

However, before proceeding further, we suggest that you kindly check from your 'Booked tickets' history if transaction has already been booked by you.
