[Resolved]  Employee Provident Fund Office Mumbai - EPFO (Maharashtra / India) — DIDN'T RECEIVE OF PAYMENT PAST 1 YEAR.

DEAR SIR / MADAM,

I LEFT MY EX. JOB IN AUG 2008, TILL NOW I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PF PAYMENT, MY EX. ORGANISATION IS HAVING A PF AGENT MR.SUHAS ([protected]) WHO IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND MAKING DELAYS IN EVERY ONE PAYMENTS WHO LEFT JOB FROM THAT ORGANISATION. HE HAD SUBMITTED THE DOCS. OF MY PF ON MAY 08 2009, BEFORE THAT HE USE TO TELL ME THAT HE HAD SUBMITTED THE DOCS. TO EPFO OFFICE FINALLY WHEN I ASKED FOR RECEIPTS FOR HE HAS SUBMITTED MY DOCS. IT WAS SHOWING MAY 08 2009.
NOW WHEN HE HAD SUBMITTED THE DOCS IN KANDIVALI EPFO OFFICE THESE PEOPLE ARE MAKING DELAYS IN MAKING PAYMENT AND GIVING NON SENSE REASONS WHEN EVER I ARRIVE TO THERE OFFICE.

PLEASE ACT ACCORDINGLY ON THOSE PEOPLE'S WHO ARE NOT WORKING PROPERLY.
BECAUSE I SAW MANY PEOPLE OVER THERE HAVING THE SAME COMPLAINT WHEN I HAVE ARRIVED WHY THESE PEOPLE DONT WORK? THEY DONT HAVE ANY RIGHT TO STUCK OUR MONEY LIKE THIS.

PLEASE HELP ME I AM IN GREAT NEED OF MONEY...PLEASE.

i have left myservices from spanco bpo ltd in 2008 and till now i have not received my pf.

so kindly tell me the status of this.

All the officers sitting in the PF office in Kandivili Poisar are useless and good for nothing. They only know how to sit on thier and do nothing but take a free salary. Why do you want to recruit such loosers in the office when so many people are upset and dissapointed with thier attitude and service. They do not want to help anyone who comes there but just chase them away without any help. Useless buggers .

I have been trying to get my money back for the past three years ( can you believe this) and everytime i go to thier office they give me some excuse about documentation and chase me away.

Mr. Raj Thakarey please do not encourage such dumb, useless people who know nothing.

This is with regards to my Provident fund. I had worked for Aegisbpo for 21 months & resigned on 18th May 2010, its been more 1 years & 9 months.I was abconding for 2days but aftr 3th day i gave resignation letter to hr but they didnt accept that & also they said p.f will be not issued by the company.I have no proper update from the PF office,
so i am confused what should i do?
would i get my pf fund in my account.

notice here that i have not received my cheques so far
after my employer had deposited my claim form on dated 15 march2010.could someone tell me that which is the max.time limit to sattle a/c after form submission. is that five month or more or is that
insufficiancy of pf officies. Govt. collects huge money with this and if it fails at the time of sattlment p/f a/c
than govt.should hand over this to other private firms.
or govt.should pay intrest on the whole amount if a/c
does not sattle after one fix due date.as govt. takes
panalty if bills are paid after due date.

Dear Sir

I worked with Sodexo(Radhakrishna Hospitality Services p v t).Company and after leaving the company i applied for PF withdrawal. When I called to PF office Mumbai they said that they have received the docs on march 2010 but after that till today I have not received my money. When I am calling to these people they are making excuses like it is in process or chake your account after 15 days or terminal is not working.

Please take action and resolve my issue as I have great need of money
