I HAVE SUBMITTED MY PF WITHDRAWAL FORM ON 30.06.2009

Hello,

I would like to file a complaint regarding my PF withdrawal. I had filed the application on 20/07/2009, but even after 4 months I haven't received PF amount. When I contact to Pune PF office, either no one picks up the phone or the phone is engaged. It seems the phone receiver has been purposely removed from the phone to disable incoming calls.

Please take the action in this regard and let me know how long it will take further to get my amount.

My name is Daljeet Kaur & My PF no is -Dl21402/713. I have applied to withdrow my PF Since June2009 but yet i havenot received the pf amount. Actually i have depoist my PF form at wazirpur delhi by a PF Staff Member Mr. Ekram Khan. he said to me the Branch shift to Laxmi Nagar so i can tell the right staus for Your PF. Six month allready dely why it's taking so much time Please Sir/ Mam tell me how's I have get my PF Amount immediatey.

I have submitted my PF withdrawl form on 8th Aug 2009 having No:MH/30657/446 but till no money has not recieved .
Pls investigate and help me out.

I am worked in FIAT india automobiles pvt ltd MH/PUN/123778/2447 is my PF number. i have given form in before 5 months for removing my pf amount.but still, i have not received the same . so what is the reason

Provident Fund claim settlement
Dear All,
1.Claim MH/122510/21 Filed 02/07/2009.
2.My company authorities say that it is setteld on 15112009 .
3.But the amount is not deposited in the given bank account in withdrawal form .
I have also enquired with the bank.

I request the concerned authoriteis to please verify weither my amount is still in PF office or not.

Through my x-company Approva Systems Pvt. Ltd i have submitted the PF withdrawal form on 5th Sep subject to my PF account. But it is submitted to PF office on 5 Oct as i got feedback from our x-company accountant. I dont know why he delayed for the submission.

My pf is still pending as its received at pf office pune by 4th November 2009, as per telephonic discussion, they told me to credit in my bank account with in 45 days but its been 57 days, i did not get any reply for delay or still waiting, i m doing call continuously but no body is picking up the phone and i m very much harassed, please do this department to any private organization to do this work very fast, because not only me but lots of others are tense with this

I too have sent emails from PF web site with all relevant details twice in last 3 months but there is hardly any response. I have left job in 1996 after working for MSEB 6.50 years, M/s Krupp Industries-5 years, Pune and UB engineering-4 years, I desired too know if am eligible for pension and latest balance in my UB account. As mereger could not take place even after year hence I have withdrawn PF from M/s Krupp account.

Could any body throw some light
