I wish to clarify the following points :-

# Sr.No.5 in Scheme Certificate showing 16.11.1995 whereas we joined
December, 1994.

# Last Salary Rs.6500/- but after VI Pay Commission the Salary Structure
have been changed, whether it can be effected in Pensionable Salary.

# Sr.No.13 Elibible Service showing 14 years whereas as 15 years have
been completed by the undersigned.

# Shall I submit the Scheme Certificate at Ahmedabad Office.

# What is Pension amount I get at the age of 58 years.

I am withdrawing my PF amount but I doubt there is some mistake. I got Rs. 12935/- & I was working More than two & half years & My PF was deducted Rs. 1134/- per month

Employment ProvidentFund Pension — EPF Claim

Delay in settling EPF Pension claim
Though my employer, KHANDELWALLABORATORIES PVT.LTD Mumbai, has submitted my Frm 10-D along with the required documents for the settlement of my EPF Claim and received by FPF Office, Bandra, Mumbai vide acknowledge dated 12/11/2010 and our company’s man is sent twice a month to enquire the position about the claim the answer is that this month claim will be settled but for how many months this answer will go on
I am yet to receive my pension sanction order. Any body can help me to get my pension sanctioned. Now today I have checked my claim on line but still the answer is under process. Could you reply, the exact date sanction order of my pension claim

Hi,

I am also facing a delay in claiming my PF. My wife had resigned Redington one and half year back and had sent PF claim forms to Redington three months back. Whenever I follow with Redington Indian Limited, I hear that some annual closing activity is happening and will delay the process. I heard that PF is now computerised and should not take much time to claim. In fact, my friends from other companies have already got the PF amount within one month of the claim.

I need help as I am in dier need of money. Redington being a limited company (listed company) is not responding to ex-employees request and is kind of ignoring.
