[Resolved]  United Colors Of Benetton — Employees behaviour at UBC, DLF Promenade

During my recent visits to United Colors of Benetton at DLF Mall, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. I went in with my fiancee to get some clothes for myself ofcourse, as it was sale weekend, it was busy and messy. After spending 1 hour for finding and trying 3 tees, we moved on to the cashier counter, waited there for 30mins, the guy ahead o[censored]s was having problems with using his debit card, but it was'nt his card it was the swiping machine at the counter, but everything worked out for him as he knew the employees working there. Now it was our turn to pay and we had a debit card too, and thats what I expect going to store which has its roots in Italy, but due to poor management, the machine was not working. As soon as he saw we are paying from a debit card he threw our card at the side and took our stuff and told the store employees to put the stuff back on the shelves. When we asked can we tomorrow, without saying anything verbally he pointed us towards the doors. All this leaded to aggressive behaviour and I sweared and told them they are good for nothing.
SUCH A PATHETI SERVICE OFFERED BY AN INTERNATIONAL BRAND, WISH THEY COULD HIRE MORE COMPETENT SALES FORCE.

This is nowadays problem with UCB, every storemanger thinks himself as Louis Benetton, and trust me he also have treated in way far good manner, so UCB please pay your staff weel and hire Reatail People not sone gud for nothing freshers. this is same with Jaipur stores, there is one Mr. Parminder and Seema in another store

I am feeling great to tell you about my complaint... rather complement... I am highly impress with the quality of service provided by kalpesh one of the sales staff at benetton india stores in mulund nirmals life style mall shope no 105b & 211 Tin no.[protected]..

I dont know his full name... but i am highly impressed with him.. I would be glad if you appreciate him by any ways possible...

I hope you will do that... and I will check that when i will walk in to shope next time...u

If possible can i get his contact no? I am in love with him...

He is amazing guy... and very supportive.. he knows what suits you best...
Pathetic customer service by Cashier at UCB showrron in Crown Interior, faridabad...
I entered showrrom at 8 PM and I selected a shirt at 8.20 PM.. I asked saleman that i will come back in 10-15 mins to buy this.. He said no problem you can come back till 9 PM..
I went back on 8.35 PM, it was closed.. Saleman said please come in... However the cashier was saying you cannot try now.. its closed and showing lot of attitude.. i said shirt is already selected.. i given my card for payment.. he said i need cash... i said i do not have cash... he said now billing is not possible.. i said but your guy told me that its open till 9 PM...

I do not which store in a Mall close at 8.30 PM that too on friday..
Nitisha & Aayush, I agree with you both completely. I too had the worst experience with UCB C21 Store, Indore (M.P.). The store manager, AMIT (the scumbag), doesn't even know how to behave and needs to learn the basic etiquettes. Even the whole staff behaviour right from security guard to the store manager was pathetic and not at all expected form a brand like UCB. He had that "do whatever you can and speak to anybody you want but I am not going to change" attitude.

UCB should set some standards while providing franchises and even during hiring the staff afterall it affects their brand image at the end of the day.

Hope to see some betterment in the future.
